SDA Management Australia can assist in providing affordable and purpose built accommodation for participants with Specialist Disability Accommodation approved in their plans.

We can also assist your SIL provider, or plan manager if you are considering applying, or adding  SDA as part of your plan.

All of the homes and properties that we manage have been built specifically to suit participants of NDIS, to ensure they are given the best opportunity to live as independently as possible.  All of the homes are built to very high standards, and include innovating and practical features above the NDIS / LHA standard.

All properties we manage have been designed to have the look and feel of a regular home, but with the features that will assist you in your day to day living.

Rent cost for participants is capped in line with the NDIS guidelines, and is made up of the following payments;

  1. 25% of the base rate of the commonwealth disability pension
  2. 100% of commonwealth assistance

Homes can often be designed for specific needs or requirements to assist with independent living for participants of the scheme.

We can arrange for all levels of fully furnished, semi furnished or unfurnished as required, and can work closely with your SIL provider, or plan manager to ensure you find a home that suits your goals and needs, in the location you want.

The homes we manage are designed to have the look and feel of regular homes, while incorporating features to ensure you are able to maintain as much independence as possible.

All homes feature individually controlled air conditioning throughout, large living areas, covered outdoor entertaining areas with accessible access, separate powder rooms for tenants and care providers, overnight accommodation room for care providers, high quality fixtures and fittings, accessible pathways and entries, and full sized kitchens with stainless steel appliances and large work spaces.

SDA Management Australia can assist in providing homes that are purpose built to your needs, we can liase with SIL providers, property owners, allied health professionals and builders to ensure the home you live in provides you with the features you need.

We can liase direct with your SIL provider to ensure contact with different agencies is kept to a minimum, but will always be on hand to assist with any specific requests, and to handle any complaints you may have.

All of our homes are registered with the NDIS / NDIA and are also approved with the local government, LHA assessors and building certifiers to ensure that you are living in a home that is both suitable to your needs, and fully compliant to ensure you can live in the home as long as you like.
