SDA MANAGEMENT AUSTRALIA is an NDIS registered Specialist Disability Accommodation Provider, and a fully licenced Real Estate agency in both Queensland and New South Wales. SDA Management Australia is an independently owned and operated business that provides a level of service second to none to the property investor, landlord and Supported Independent Living providers.
Our mission is to help NDIS participants within our communities, with our commitment and vision focused on enhancing lives by providing people in need with access to SDA housing. Our management program is highly specialised and operates only to service Specialist Disability Accommodation, where our services extend to provide NDIS enrolment in addition to management services for property owners who have invested in residential accommodation designed for enrolment as SDA through the NDIS. Our systems are designed specifically to NDIS funded SDA properties, and include general property management services, in addition to the ongoing reporting, inspections and assessments required for the property to remain compliant with all relevant government agencies.
SDA Management Australia works closely with both SIL providers and government organisations across Queensland to assist in the delivery of enrolled SDA dwellings to NDIS participants where they are most in need. Currently we offer enrolment and management services across all levels and categories within NDIS SDA Queensland wide.
Our business is continuously expanding to service additional locations across Australia in-line with the rollout of the NDIS, and the scheme’s adoption of new legislation and policies. Our business operates from our head office location in Taren Point New South Wales, and incorporates specialist locally licenced teams throughout our asset areas to assist in the day to day runnings and maintenance of all SDA properties.
